Charlotte home prices are up in the 2007, third quarter report from the NAR, National Association of Realtors. Charlotte metro prices were up 11 percent over 2006. The data was for Median Sales Price of Existing Single-Family Homes. Some of the reasons for this are a strong economy, population growth in Charlotte and NC and affordable housing.
