		<description>This is the trend in urban living. Mix-use projects are revitalizing our urban core districts.  Readaptive use and lifestyle centers are the rage in city living.  As Americans see the need to live closer to work and avoid the sprawl to suburbia, cities bring us back and it appears to me that Charlotte, NC is one of those cities creating a work/live atmosphere.  I sold a home for clients of mine in Ellenton Florida that were relocating to Charlotte and they absolutely love the area and its amenities.</description>
