Center Pointe Downtown Greensboro condos, shops, restaurants

Center Pointe, in downtown Grensboro NC, is a new high rise condo, shop and restaurant project. The construction is moving along well and there are rumors that Roy Carroll, the developer, is planning another high rise project in Greensboro. The condos range in price from $180,000 plus to over $500,000 plus and are located at 201 N Elm Street in the heart of downtown Greensboro. The condos feature:

  • Ten foot ceilings.
  • High performance insulated exterior glass.
  • Hardwood, cork or bamboo floors.
  • Carpeted bedrooms.
  • Ceramic tile baths.
  • Granite countertops.

This is the trend in urban living. Mix-use projects are revitalizing our urban core districts. Readaptive use and lifestyle centers are the rage in city living. As Americans see the need to live closer to work and avoid the sprawl to suburbia, cities bring us back and it appears to me that Charlotte, NC is one of those cities creating a work/live atmosphere. I sold a home for clients of mine in Ellenton Florida that were relocating to Charlotte and they absolutely love the area and its amenities.
